1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to EVIDEX Cyber. By accessing our website, services, or educational platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Site or use our services.
2. Professional Services Distinction
The information and resources provided on this Site are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional cybersecurity, legal, or forensic advice. Engagement of EVIDEX Cyber for professional services (VAPT, Incident Response, Digital Forensics, etc.) is subject to separate, mutually executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
3. Education & Simulated Labs
Our practical experiences are simulated environments for educational purposes. Any techniques learned must only be applied in authorized environments. We strictly prohibit the use of our Platform to launch attacks against unauthorized targets or to store "live" malicious payloads. You agree not to:
- Utilize any techniques learned for unauthorized access or malicious activities against any system, network, or application.
- Attempt to bypass, compromise, or disrupt the lab infrastructure itself.
- Share account credentials or access materials with unauthorized third parties.
EVIDEX Cyber reserves the right to terminate access to educational resources immediately upon suspicion of misuse.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, educational materials, investigation methodologies, and functionality are owned by EVIDEX Cyber and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EVIDEX Cyber, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
